The artist reserves the right to decline any request, as well as to cancel a commission and issue a refund at any time, without the obligation to provide an explanation.

The Client shall provide detailed specifications, including visual references, descriptions, and any other necessary resources to carry out the Service as agreed.

The Client affirms that they hold the legal rights necessary for the Artist to use the provided reference material.

The Client grants the Artist non-exclusive rights to replicate the character design and any reference materials in order to complete the Service.

The Artist affirms that all works delivered to the Client will be entirely original.

Commissions are made in the order they were paid.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on their content, theme, or other considerations.

If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have, but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.

The Final Work will be delivered via Google Drive, email, or other similar file transfer tools.

Payment is made upfront once the commission is accepted. Work will not begin until payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods are PayPal and Ko-fi.

Each additional character included in the same commission will be charged at 50% of the base price per character.

Base commission prices apply per character and do not include backgrounds. If a background is required but has not been specified or paid for based on its complexity, the artwork will be delivered either with a simple color background or as a transparent PNG.

Prices are fixed. Any attempt to negotiate will result in the commission being declined.

The Client has the right to request a full refund if the artwork has not been delivered by the agreed deadline and no new delivery date has been set.

If there are any delays or changes to the delivery date, the Artist will inform the Client in advance, Possible causes of delay include, but are not limited to, equipment failure, physical or mental health issues, bereavement due to the loss of a loved one, or other force majeure events that prevent meeting the agreed deadline.

The Artist agrees to provide updates on the progress of the Final Work until it is delivered to the Client.

The Client agrees to provide feedback and requested revisions during the progress of the Service. If such feedback is withheld and the Client is later dissatisfied, the Artist will not be obligated to make changes to the Final Work.

A full refund is only possible if the Client chooses not to proceed with the project after reviewing the initial sketch. If the process has moved beyond that stage, only a partial refund will be issued. Once the Final Work has been delivered, no refunds will be granted.

The Artist will not create offensive or inappropriate content. Specific restrictions include, but are not limited to: mechas,explicit adult content involving minors or characters with a minor-like appearance, non-consensual acts or depictions of assault, exaggerated muscular anatomy imitation of other artists’ styles, any content that is harmful or promotes hate toward minorities or third parties.

If the Client has any doubts, they may consult the Artist to ask whether any of these restrictions apply to their request.

The use of the Final Work on NFT-related platforms or blockchain technologies for commercial or profit-driven purposes is strictly prohibited.

The use of the Final Work for training artificial intelligence systems—including software, applications, or platforms developed for that purpose—is strictly prohibited.

Commercial rights are not included unless they are part of the commission fee or have been explicitly agreed upon by both parties.

Commercial Use Rights refer to the permission to use the Final Work in profit-generating contexts, including monetized broadcasts, the sale or resale to third parties, incorporation into commercial products, or distribution through revenue-generating platforms.

The Artist and the Client acknowledge that any information or material shared between them—including, but not limited to, personal data, technical information, marketing strategies, payment details, or proprietary business information—or incorporated during the development of the Final Work (such as updates, preliminary concepts, or discarded versions) that are not intended for public disclosure shall be considered confidential and may not be shared with third parties without the prior written consent of the information’s rightful owner.
